Founder & Managing Partner
John brings 25+ years of specialized experience in accounting and finance recruiting, with a track record spanning both contingency and retained search engagements. His deep understanding of the finance function — from technical accounting to strategic CFO leadership — allows him to identify candidates who are not just qualified, but genuinely transformative.
Prior to founding Alliance, John spent 10 years at EY supporting assurance, tax, technology, and financial services practices. That foundation gives him a firsthand perspective on what exceptional finance leadership looks like — and what it takes to find it.
